
Metaburn – 30 Days In
Plexus recently launched Metaburn. Metaburn is “a multi-action blend that delivers a fat-burning metabolism boost to help you achieve your weight management goals, boost metabolism, and support healthy energy and mood.” … basically it is a supplement that aids in weight loss and energy. Since I was wanting to get back to my healthiest version of me, I decided to give it a try!! And after just one month, I’m happy to say I’m glad I did!
Now I want to be clear on something. MetaBurn is an aide in my journey to a healthier lifestyle. It is NOT a diet pill or quick fix; as is with all of Plexus products. Their products help to have a balanced healthy lifestyle that should also includes exercise and healthy foods; especially if you are wanting to loose weight.
Right now, I’m not paying attention to the scales, rather the inches. I’m not working out every day. I decided to ease into it and do 3 times a week with some running and weight training. I’m also not doing food hard core. I thought I would, but life happens! LOL. While I’m working on being the healthiest version of me that also includes me being happy. If I want to indulge on pizza night AND have tacos the next day … I’m not going to feel guilty about it. I’m following the 80/20 rule with 80% of my food being super healthy and 20% not. Some weeks it’s more 70/30, but that’s okay! We get one life y’all. I’m going to enjoy it! That’s not to say I’m not conscious about what I put in my body or how to fuel my body, especially on my workout days!!
I should also add before my monthly results that I am only taking one MetaBurn pill in the morning instead of two. There is some caffeine in the pills (a little less than what a cup of coffee has). But with my anxiety and sensitivity to caffeine I wanted to start slow. I’m happy to say that I have had zero problem with one pill, so I’m going to start adding another pill at lunch. Two pills are what is recommended.
With only doing what I mentioned, here are my results for the first month:
